accept selected changes in Word 2003?

I frequently edit documents and all previous versions of Word have allowed me to select a paragraph with multiple marked changes, right-click, and accept all changes. Word 2003 seems to only allow right-clicking to accept 'All Insertions' or 'All Deletions' not both. This causes me to double my clicks and is annoying. Any idea on how to restore this option?

restore this option?I think you could use a macro to do this:

Sub AcceptAllMyChanges()
Selection.Range.Revisions.AcceptAll
End Sub

You can drag it to the right-click menu (instructions on the
word.mvps.org website, assign it to a keyboard shortcut, or whatever
you like.
