Does anyone know of an add-on for Outlook 2000 that will place in a separate
folder all emails from senders not on one of my contact lists?
FYI, I tried using the Rules Wizard for this task. First, it did not accept
my distribution lists; it broke them into individual contacts. That means I
have to change the rule manually every time I add a contact. Second, the
file created by the rule was too large for the Exchange server; Outlook
deactivated the last rules until there was enough room.
Any insights appreciated.
