Hi,

I am used to accepting all changes in versions prior to Word 2003. How do I
accept all changes at once in this latest version?

I looked at the help. It says to click on some symbol and I will be
provided with the option to accept all changes at once.

I can't find the symbol. I am currently going to each change, selecting it,
right mouse clicking it, and then accepting the change. If I try hitting
the icon after I right mouse click, I am not presented with any option to
"accept all changes at once." Instead, that single change is accepted.

I look forward to your help.

Got it, I needed to look on the toolbar, rather than right mouse clicking.

Thanks.
