AC97 Audio Card

Hi,

I am having problems with the above integrated audio card. Its on a Tekram
PIII board. Have downloaded the latest drivers from their website but the
sampling rate is not correct. When using Skype and I speak the sound comes
out at the other end at half the speed it should. Something to do with 22 or
44Khz. is my guess. Or could it have something to do with the microphone?
Any help would be appreciated eg. where can I change the sampling rate if
that is possible in Windows (OS is Windows 2000 SP4). Skype does not have
that option under tools.

Before updating the drivers I had the same problem in Windows Sound
Recorder. When I play back at 200% speed the sound is normal.

I have a friend struggling to use Skype with the same card. Version 1.1
works well (on a clean XP install) 1.3 and 2.0 frequently fail with 6102
error. Not quite the same problem as yours but there does seem to be a
driver issue of some kind here...
