ac3audio.ax - Another Problem Codec Added

ac3audio.ax was added to the list on the website today. Someone reported MM2 crashing when he tried to split audio files, and he tracked it down to that codec file.

I did a Google search and saw that some game-players also have problems with it, so I added it.

That's going to annoy a few, its a 5.1 codec I believe.

Yes, renaming the ac3audio.ax file fixed the problem with Movie Maker 2 for
the person who reported it. He left it in his Windows\System32 folder, where
he found it.
