Ok, so I supposedly uninstalled the google toolbar, but it's still
there and it doesn't show up in the add/remove portion of the control
panel. what next? I still get the runtime error when we switch users.

Go To "Manage Add-Ons" and turn it off there. That's under
Tools->Options->Programs menu.

Hi,
Check the Add and remove programs list from each/every user account. Or,
other programs can cause runtime errors. Does this only happen when you
switch user accounts? I'm assuming Windows XP?

Hope this helps,

I don't see it there either. I see aol toolbar. Can I disable that,
would that help? What happened to the google one? I hate this, it's
frustrating.

Thanks

Yes, it seems to only happen then, when we switch user accounts. I
don't see the google tool/task on either user account.

Exactly what runtime error do you get?
