about the funtions of powerpoint

could I create a textbox with scrollbars where some the text inside the
texbox have links like saved windows documents.
 
Scroll bars on a text box are pretty easy, and hyperlinks are simple.
However, the combination of the two make it rather difficult.

This is not a native PowerPoint function but could be accomplished with a
bunch of code. Do you know VBA coding (or have a programmer on staff)?

sadly i dont know any VBA coding. So there is no possibility of using it
without any VBA coding? Is there any other way like putting a website in a
ppt presentation? or do you have any ideas?
 
Not without code, but someone else may be able to jump in with an answer I
do not know of.
