If the OS DPI set to 120(normal 96), the Form font will become bigger and
overstep the Form bound, how to avoid the problem?

Are you talking about design time or runtime? Yes, there are problems
if forms are edited on systems with different number of DPI.

What does "stand" mean in this context? A fixed font size? If the user makes
the font larger than it fits into the control(s) it's /his/ problem. ;-)
Well, you can specify the size in pixels instead (font.unit).
