about the build-in scheduler on MSAS

why didn't microsoft antispyware tm just use the window
scheduled tasks I think it's far better than the build in
scheduler on Microsoft antispyware, the build in
scheduler doesn't even work.
 
plus using the window sheduled tasks has some advantage:
one is that the application does not need to be open for
the scan to run. so it's ok to shut it down on the sytem
tray icon. so it will run whether it's been shutdown.
