?? About Pivot Table

We have an excel file that we do a pivot table on each
month showing expenses for specific accounts by department
within each VP group. For some reason when June was done
it separated June costs in one VP group and the other 5
months in another VP group for the same VP and
departments. Does anyone have any idea what could be
wrong.
 
There's probably a slight difference in the VP group and department
names in the months that are being separated. Perhaps there's a space at
the end of the name, or some other change.

You could copy the values from a record that is grouping correctly, and
paste it into the records that are separating.
