I found the problem that produces the error
STOP; 0x0000007B (0xF441B84C, , , )
INACCSESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

We were using the jumper 13 to limit the hard
disk on our machine to be recognize by the bios
and the new atapy.sys drive recognize the whole
disk, so it can't find the MBR sectors.

Solution:
1) Using the recovered console replace the new
atapy.sys (winnt/system32/drivers) by the one save
on the /i386 directory.
2) Reinstall windows on a new directory and replace
the atapy.sys from the new installation to the old one.
Boot back to the patched OS and removed the new
isntallation.
a) edit the boot.ini file system to remove the new
booting system.
b) delete the directories of the new windows and new
users.
