about msn messenger 6.1

How can I stop msn messenger from showing my e-mail address, eg.When I bring
up the sign in box it is blank you can press the little arrow on the right
of where you put your address and it will show
your e-mail. I don't want the drop down bit.

Then reboot to see the change.
