I would know if the integrity of block 0 in Flash Nand (like samsung
or toshiba or other factory) generally is granted for all life time of
component or no...

I would use this block to save descriptor of phisycal blocks of nand,
and if its integerity is granted I can use it, else I need to think
another way...

Thank for all

Gigi

It should support same number of write cycles as the rest of
the chip. It is not a good idea to utilize it in a way that
causes more than a few (single-digit) thousands of writes to
same area in total... only you can predict the number of
writes and needed lifespan of your device.
