Hi all:
How can I change the hibernation file size in Windows XP?
Hasnain Mehedi.

By adding or removing memory. As it has to store your memory it needs to be the same size. So install more memory to make it bigger or remove some to shrink the file.

You can't. The hibernation file is calculated as a percentage of your
available free deskspace. You either have it enabled or disabled (via the
hibernation tab in power options)

quite simply, hibernation file size is equal to your
amount of RAM.

Sheesh:
hibernation
A state in which your computer shuts down after saving
everything in memory on your hard disk. When you bring your
computer out of hibernation, all programs and documents that
were open are restored to your desktop.
