about headsets and mics

Yes i just recently bought me a new pc headset with mic
all in one..and it is a plug and play ..when i plug it
in..it tells me that I do not have the right drivers for
the headset and it is windows xp compatiable..Is there
anything you can advice me about or a site you are able to
tell me about where i can download the driver for it..it
is logitech brand..I have checked my volume on everything
and it is working..my speakers work good..but i can't not
figure out why the headset will not work..

Check with Logitech support, documentation or HELP files.

You should also have got a setup cd, with the headset, containing drivers
etc.
