About F6

Does anybody know whether there is another medium apart
from floppy drive to provide a mass storage driver for
Windows setup?

If I push F6 in windows setup, the setup program always
ask for drive A (which is a floppy disk drive). Is there
another way to do it if I do not have a floppy disk drive?
