If cookies have been deleted you need to return to the site from which they
were originally downloaded.
If you mean, how to you accept cookies, open Internet Explorer, go to Tools,
select Internet Options, go to the Privacy tab, click Advanced, set cookies
to Accept and Always allow session cookies. If this does not work, you
likely have some security software installed that is overriding this and you
will need to find that software on your system and adjust the settings
accordingly. It's usually a firewall and/or antivirus software that is the
culprit.
