When I go to the same URL on two different PC's on one of
them I get the correct page and on the other I get an
empty HTML page with the about:blank URL. Someone an idea
what can be the cause of this?

It *sounds* like one of your computer browsers is set so
that it doesn't have a home page. Please try the
following with each computer:

1) Open browser

2) Click the "Tools" menu, located at the top left side of
browser

3) Click "Internet Options"

4) When the Internet Options dialog box opens, click the
"General" tab, then look at the section titled "Home page"

In the "Address:" field, one of your browsers probably
has "about:blank" ...you can reset your home page there
