about blank

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I hope
some. I am using windows xp with IE 6.0 and recently I began getting windows
popping up that are blank with the exception of the frame with says about
blank. Anyone have any idea how to fix this annoying problem. Thanks!
