Earlier when I used to write About:Maxi, IE would display my name in
the body but it is not happenning now.

Are you referring to a custom home page on your local machine? ?

Whatever text you type after About: in the IE address bar and press
enter, you get to see that text in the boday of IE.
Eg: About:Blank would show a blank page
About:Maxi <Enter> should show my name
About:<marquee>Maxi</Marquee> <Enter> should scroll my name in the body
of IE

Doubt that the last 2 work or were ever intended to work from the IE address bar.
About:blank works (but then that may be because I have that set as my default home page ----- blank).
Maxi, I think you must have had an old Maxi.htm file on your system
Typing what you suggest comes up as "No page to display".

Not in IE6.
I think it used to do that in IE4. Lots of functionality has been
disabled because of security concerns since then.
