'about blank'

I'm running Windows 2000 w/ Norton Anyivirus 2005 and of
course Microsoft AntiSpyware (Beta 1), yet I still
recieve a 'about blank' page when I attempt to print a
page through private software maintenance program which
uses Crystal Reports. It has not taken over any of my IE
pages but blocks me from printing reports. I've run all
antivirus programs numerous times but nothing is
detected. I've gone in to the Control Panel to see if
programs are hidden in there but nothing stands out of
the ordinary.
Any suggestions?
