I have a browser hijacker (about:blank) spyware detected
it and it says it fixed problem. when i open internet
explorer it is still there. how do i fix?
 
Please:

1) In Microsoft Antispyware, go to Tools, Suspected spyware report, and
report this problem
2) restart your machine in safe mode by pressing the F8 function key before
the first Windows screen appears, and do full, deep scans with Microsoft
Antispyware until one comes through clean.

If the problem is still there after step 2, please write back here.

You have to change back you home page in IE properties.

I have that same problem, and whenever you reboot it
keeps coming back. Do you have anoying popups that try
and sell you spy ware removal too? I think the problem is
in a file called OFFICEXP.exe I'm not sure if it is, but
its always running and is only 132 kb. even when I'm not
running Microsoft word or anything. Maybe. I need help as
well.
