About:Blank pop-under

About 75 % of the time, when I'm through using IE and close it, I get an
About:Blank from I don't know where.

It's more of an annoyance than anything else, but I still don't want it.
Any ideas, anyone?

I am getting the same thing, and I run all the adware, spbot and everything
else they say and nothing is fixing it.
