?? about Access making PAGE (web page) (with website for your refernce)

Martin

I make an Access file called test.mdb ,and using Access's PAGE ( table,
query, form,...,PAGE) to make a page called PAGE1 (it is inside my Access
file) and thus generated a web page called page1.htm ( this .htm file is
outside my Access file but link to the database (test.mdb)

After these, I put test.mdb and page1.htm to my website (
www.depoo.org/test/page1.htm ). however, when opening the webpage in wwww,
it seems
like it can't work well with the database. The web said "cannot
initiate data provide program" ( my computer shows Chinese words, I only
translate it into English here, thus the English may not very exactly), and
then shows another alert "invalide file name "

This problem really bothers me. I cannot make my .htm and .mdb
on the website run well .

For you reference:
my .htm file is in: www.depoo.org/test/page1.htm
my .mdb file which is linked by the upper htm file is in:
www.depoo.org/test/test.mdb

Please help me! Thanks a million! I am wondering whether ACCESS can really
generate a workable page and .htm OR maybe it is just a "joke" that
microsoft ACCESS put this PAGE function on the software. :)

Oh, my God! It's really a bad news. The Access Page and .htm can't run in
internet server!!! Bad bad news!

BTW, would you tell me what is VPN ? I am a new starter in server pages.

Thanks!
