about 64bit cpu

i would like to know if my current hardware able to comply with 64bit
computing:
Mboard: ASUS P5V800-MX
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 CPU 506 2.66Ghz with EM64T
RAM: 512Mb

You would also need to consider whether 'all' your current hw has 64bit
drivers
