Aborted the installation process for MS Outlook - what do I do no

I have a 4 year old laptop that I purchased MS Office 2003 with but never
used the Outlook program since I did not use a PDA for business. I would now
like to use the program but find since I aborted the installation process I
cannot get the program to load. Outlook cannot connect to the server and does
not recognize my username.

Did you try uninstalling Office completely and then reinstalling?
