Seems to be part of the multimedia controls?
Dev I am not sure that it is adware - I have both SpyBot and Ad-Aware
and it is not detected by either. Val the file ABOARD.EXE is
Activboard Application but I do not have the whiteboard program. I
also have the file AOSD.EXE (ActivOSD Application) running
constantly. ABROAD is started from HK_LM:Run, I can not see how AOSD
starts - it is not listed as a service or in SpyBot in system
startup. Both files are small and are located in c:\apps\aboard and
both were pre-installed on a Packard Bell XP Home system. I have
googled both these files and can find virtually nothing on them
except for a process list that has them both. For both files the
properties company information is NEC Computers International. Thanks
