Abnormal Tables Problem

I'm Having a Problem which Recently showed up after
opening an OLD HTML File!

The HTML File is from the Oddsock Song requester plug-in
(for winamp)
The template file for it

Now What use to happen:
Soon as I Click Generate table by x Cell across and y
Cells down I use to get 1 very narrow line running throw
the table cells and around the edge all the same size and
looked good!

After loading the file:
Soon as I Click Generate table by x Cell across and y
Cells down I now get 2 lines running throw the table
cells and around the edge and Looks Bad as There a Colour
mix going on of Gray and black (Very Poor looking 3d
Look))(Or select another colour The colour doesn't do all
of the table lines) and looks Crap!! And ODD!! And makes
My Pro looking pages look like im a Novice!! (The Worst
thing of all I DID NOT GIVE FP Permission to Use this new
Table Look!!! By Default!! But it DID it anyway!!)

How do I get FP to remember the old table stile that it
use to put out



This never use to happen Up until I loaded that old HTML
File

I have tried to Reinstall FP 2002 But with no luck!!
I Have uninstalled it completely but this Problem Managed
to stay!

My Last thing to do is to Remove Windows XP Home and
about 20GB Software and Files!! And reinstall from
Scratch
 
From the Menu use Table Insert Table and set up your options, then select the make this the default for new tables

And please, save yourself the trouble of reinstalling by asking first!
