abnormal location of Internet Explorer window

Something happened to my Internet Explorer that caused the
full screen version of the window to be located only in
the bottom half of my monitor's screen. I can't figure
out how to move it up to where it belongs. If I click the
downsize box in the upper right hand corner, I get the
smaller version of the window and can put it where ever I
want it. Anyone able to help?

Thank you very much. Problem solved by changing registry
key values.
