Able to send but not to receive

Hi! I am already using Avast and I have verified my account settings, it's
okay. But I am still not able to receive my emails.
This is the error message:
Account: 'pop6.sympatico.ca', Server: 'pop6.sympatico.ca', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

How long have you used Avast, and which antivirus did you use
before Avast?
It is possible that your mail account is corrupted. Delete it,
restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account.

Hi Gary! I've only had Avast and SpySweeper since the beginning. I've bought
the computer with Windows Vista already installed.
I have deleted the account and add it back. I have restard my computer
several times and it still doesn't work.
