abit AN7 codes

got an ABIT AN7 coming up with these on-board LED's on boot:

00
83
9A
9F

Then the PSU goes off and the PC speaker alarm is sounding.

Just an ATI RADEON 9600 (AGP 8x), hard disc,
2 x 512mb 400 SDRAM attached.

Is my CPU dead? ATHLON XP 2400+

No worries. It was a CPU failure as well!
Checked with a mates M/B...

SPIKE! blew my old DFI NFII Ultra Infinity and CPU as well,
so the ABIT AN7 couldn't have worked with the CPU anyway.
