Ability to Run Sleeper or Wait State

We are in need to be able to write a sleeper or wait routine looking for a file to be availabl
or other method, which would allow us to go on to our next process in a scripted flow

What tool kit do we need to have available on Windows 2000 Advanced Server would we
need to have installed to perform this???

Sleep.exe in a loop from the reskit or supplement, tip 3277 in the 'Tips &
Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com

You can also use tip 4630 as a freeware alternative.
