Ability to create new text doc

Hi, I seemed to have lost the ability to right click on desktop and choose
new text document.
I have rich text but not plain old text.
How do i get this option back ?

Hi Sok,

You can download tweakUI which is part of the Power Toys for Windows
XP, with it you can choose to add or remove new types of files in the
menu.
