there is a program on my computer that prohibits me from connecting to the internet.. i found the program but to delete it, it wants me to connect to the internet.. how do i get it off????

Try: Start, Run, "msconfig" {no quotes}. In the Startup tab look for the
program. If you find it, clear the box for the program. Click "Apply" button
and exit. Restart your computer.

If the above does not help, try posting more information such as the name of
the program.
