A8N-SLI Deluxe - Failed to load IO-Driver

Hi,

when trying to install either Asus cool´n´quit software or Asus IO Booster I get
an error "failed to load IO-Driver"!?!

Bios is 1007 Beta 03

Anything else is running stable and fine!

Anyone who has a suggestion?

Install the software as "Administrator" ?
Perhaps this is a "permissions" problem.
(I.e. In Unix terminology, the driver needs to run as "root".)
