Every so often my Internet connection stops working. I have sprintdsl
and usually I have to reset the modem to regain connect. I have the
A7V8X-X and I am using the NVIDIA Ethernet onboard connection to
connect to the Internet. Does any one know how to cure this problem
because it happens on a regular basis. It is not the modem because this
problem only started happening when I installed this main board.

Does it happen with the 3Com onboard too? I use that one, and never had a
problem.....the Nvidia one is used sometimes at LANs and I also have never
had a problem with it...

Something that got me, may not be your problem though. Have you disabled
power saving for the LAN port?
Device Manager > Nvidia controller > Power Management > Allow the computer
to turn off this device to save power [un-checked]

It's possible that some people have fixed this by setting the MAC address
manually in the driver property pages.
