Use a bootable plain-DOS floppy to check if it will still 'blindly' boot off
it (might need to clear the CMOS and unplug all other drives to fully check
that). If yes, further check it ended up actually in a DOS prompt by issuing
the command e.g. DIR and observing for relevant drive noise. If positive
again, chances are you can copy aflash.exe and a suitable BIOS on that
floppy and issue something like: AFLASH BIOS.BIN then blindly press the key
sequence that'll do the flashing (or maybe the AFLASH program accepts
suitable arguments that can totally automate flashing, as does the original
AWDFLASH).

Another solution is to take the bios chip out, (it plugs in)
put it into another computer running the same motherboard while it's running
in DOS, flash it with the correct Bios, then put it back on your board.
Also, there are companies that will sell you a bios chip already flashed
with whatever version you want. Or you can send them yours and they can
flash it for you for a fee.

I happen to have an A7V333 and I could flash it for you, but I doubt if you
would trust me since I'm not in the business!

The BIOS chip is not dead. Configure the mobo to Jumper Mode to boot up, and
flash it again with Aflash to fix this problem. Your users manual should
have instructions on how set it to jumper mode.

You might like to set it to jumper free mode and try again if the above
messages do not help.

www.badflash.com can fix that little problem and your bios information is
written on top of the bios chip.
