a7v333 and xp 2500: can it work?

I've an a7v333 rev. 1.06 (or 1.03) and would like to upgrade to a barton xp
2500 (fsb 333).

Now, i've seen on the asus website that the board is not compatable with fsb
333, but when i go into the bios i've the option of setting the clock based
on a 133 or 166 mhz bus...

Help me out guys!

I have a a7v333 rev. 1.04 working without problems with a XP TB 2600 (fsb
333). Flash your mobo bios with version 1016. Posterior versions give
problems (1017, 1018, 1018.1)
