A7V266E fan problem

The small black fan below and to the left of the CPU has started to make a
loud noise when I turn the computer on. Touching it with my finger cures it
until the next time I start the computer.

Anyone able to offer any advice?

Take the fan off the heat sink and oil it. Usually you can access the
sintered bearing by peeling back an adhesive label. You can put a drop
of oil on at that point, or better still, use a small screwdriver to pry
off the split plastic washer and withdraw the shaft. Be careful you
don't loose any spacers or o-rings when you pull it apart.
