a7v133 cpu upgrade

I am thinking about a new cpu for this board(v105 no dot). If I get xp
2000, where can I get instructions on how to set jumpers. Also, probe
doesn't work with winxp, so how am I going to monitor temps.

I could get a 1400 that works with the board. I am considering the hassle
factor. What kind of issues can I expect. I guess I am wondering what
unstable works out to be.

I'm running an XP2000+ on the same board. It works in jumper free mode
as long as you use BIOS 1010b. Flash the BIOS before you remove the old
CPU though.

The 1010b is the beta bios? I have an unstable A7V133 1.05 (no dot)
trying to run a 1600+ palomino. Maybe this will help? Well, it really
can't hurt. But I should put the old 1200 back in before flashing? Ok.
