Many thanks! I had the nightmare vision of having to upgrade the MB,
processor, memory...in fact the lot otherwise! Now I can leave in
peace with 160Gb.

Looking at this website I can d/load the bios but there do not appear
to be any instructions for the bios update procedute. Can you assist
please?

The best way to flash your BIOS is from pure DOS, as this page demonstrates.
