Try to change the multiplier, so .. if it's @ 11 then set it to 10.5 and
reboot
does it show the cpu running slower.
yes -> unlock'd
no -> lock'd
you need to look @ the actual mhz or pr rating that's display'd

i desagree with this. You should try to set te mltipliyer to 11.5
rather than 11 if you cpu os still running at the same speed thant
it's locked... the only thing to do if increasing the fsb, so the need
to have a 400mghz ddram or maybe a 430mghz ramddr...for people who
want to oc the 400mghz fsb to 426 or higher... my a7n8x-x goes to
600mghz ( 300x2) with the bios 1007.

Me: Does the System show the cpu running slower = No/locked
You: Is the cpu running at the same speed = Yes/Locked

So.. Your desagreeing with me.. That means your desagreeing with yourself
too..
And then your a7n8x-x goes to 600mghz = WHAT THA **** YOU SMOKING
