The stuttering can be caused by many things.
I have UT, ut2k3, ut2k4, Castle Wolfenstein demo and none stutter,
running win2k and an ATI 9800 Pro vid card. I have UT setup to use 16
audio channels, nary a stutter. Are your hard drives setup to use
DMA/UDMA modes (check device mangler).
