I have installed the nvidia nforce drivers.
I don`t get the nforce panel in the taskbar or anywhere else.
Any info would be appreciated.

Is AC97 Audio enabled in BIOS?
 
Mine only appears in the taskbar about half the time when I boot. I've
learned just to live with it. You can always go to the control panel to
access it. If it's not there, it didn't install correctly.
