A7N8X deluxe HDD Problem??? (Ghost Folder)

Hi to all

I've a very very strange problem with my Asus A7N8X Deluxe...and i really
don't know if the problem is caused by motherboard...but....listen

A7N8X Deluxe
Atlhon 2400 XP +
Hdd 12 Gb With XP Pro SP1 Updated

and...
some HDD Removable....

in one of this HDD i have a big folder (35 Gb) with many video file when
click on this folder i normally enter on it and see all the file...and here
all is ok but...

after few seconds..all disappear ..for few seconds i can see only the empty
desktop with nothing....after few seconds again the desktop retuyrn to
normal state....and nothing more the pc work fine....
THE FILE INSIDE ARE NO CORRUPTED CAUSE I CAN SEE ALL THE VIDEO ON FOLDER BY
ALL MEDIA READER PROGRAM....

I try to copy this folder in another HDD completly new...but the same
problem ...after i enter on this folder the pc go crazy for few seconds....

IN ANOTHER PC....with another MB ...(A7V333) all is ok...the folder in
question is not crazy and all is normal when i enter on it....
then i can imagine this problem is really strange ....
ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA ?
