My RTC runs a wee bit too fast (wee as in 20-30%) when I have the system fsb
set at 200, When it's at 166 then all is fine.
I dont think the basic RTC Circutry is bad as when it's battery fed it keeps
the time correctly. So wondering why the RTC would be affected by the FSB
(unless it's some kind of noise crossing over due to lack of proper
shielding?) ..
Has anyone else seen this problem or know of a fix to it..
