A7N266-VM/AA - Needs a new PSU, what kind is recommended as far a
wattage is concerned? I don't want to fry the mb.

thanks,

You won't "fry the motherboard" with too large of a supply. The MB and
components take what they need from the PS. The only time you have an issue
is when the PS is too small.

I'd say you'll want at least a 300 Watt PS, but you might need a larger one
if you have a high end video card, numerous drives, etc...

Since mine is a microATX MB, does the PSU I buy matter?

I'm looking at buying a 350W enermax dual-fan PSU from newegg. [good
one or not?]

Thanks,

No, microATX and full ATX use the same PS Connector. A microATX case
usually needs a smaller microATX PS to fit inside. Since the microATX PS is
smaller, it usually is lower wattage.

The Enermax 350 should be more than enough, although I have no personal
experience with them. I like the Antec TruePower series of power supplies.
They are quiet and powerful.
