I have a dual motherboard using Athlon mp 2.8's.
It is using 1011 Beta bios.
Installing either Windows XP Pro or Win 2K Pro, the device manager is
showing that their is 2 cpu's and the correct type and rating. But when you
bring up performance, using the task manager it is only showing one graph as
if it is only using or seeing 1 cpu.

Can anyone be of help

Check if your Computer is installed as "ACPI-Multiprocessor-PC" (Device
Manager / Computer).
