A78NX-X - Bios setting

I have an A7N8X-X with XP2500 Barton and 512MB DDR PC3200.

Now I set the bios as follows:

CPU Ext Freq: 166Mhz
CPU Freq Mult Sett: Auto
CPU Freq Mult: 11.0x
Sys Perf: Optimal
Mem Freq: By SPD

Is it OK? By the way should I have to set the Q-Fan Control too or ASUS Prob
is enough?

Since you have PC3200 I would run the FSB faster and lower the CPU
multiplier for better overall performance.

For starters, something like...
CPU Ext Freq: 183MHz
CPU Freq Mult Sett: Menu
CPU Freq Mult: 10.0x
Sys Perf: Optimal (or Agressive if stable)
Mem Freq: 100%
Memory Timings [Auto] or [User Defined]

Asus Probe is just a monitor so you can see if everything is with in a
ball park range, Q-Fan actually changes the speed of the fan or fans
depending on temp.
