A-Z video converter does not start

Hi...Friends...I have downloaded and installed A-Z Video Converter
Ultimate 8.5 and have installed it, but after installation when i
double click on the shortcut on my desktop only the About screen
appears for a second or two and goes and the software does not
start....

My system is AMD Athlon 64 2800+ 1.81 GHz, 512 MB, and OS is XP Sp-3.
Kindly help me out of this problem......

We can't help you. You need to contact the publisher of the
oftware. -Dave
